Policies and Information
We recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. You can book online, through our website, or over the phone. To schedule your first appointment, a valid credit card reservation is necessary. We accept all major credit cards, and cash. We do not accept checks. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in full charge for the service.
We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged for the full price of your services. Appointments that are made on the same day cannot be canceled or changed.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our short confidential intake form.
Please note that arriving late will determine the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Thank you for understanding.
We require that minors under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Both the guardian’s and minor’s signature and consent are required before the massage begins. Parental presence is necessary for the duration of the massage.
Gratuity is customary and is preferred in cash.
Our gift cards are prepaid and are available in store for purchase, or may be purchased online on the website.
Coupon discounts are offered at the full price of the massage. Coupons cannot be combined with any other promotions.

PEACE & QUIET POLICY
To preserve the relaxing environment, we ask that cellphones be put on silent while inside of our center. If you must take a phone call, you may do so outside of the building. Voices must be kept low in the treatment rooms and in the waiting area. Thank you for your consideration.
